Who we are

TrueShare is operated by AzAd Solutions ("we", "us") at trueshare.app and related subdomains. This policy explains how we handle personal information on our marketing site and in the TrueShare product.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, workspace settings, and team member invitations.
• Billing: payment and tax details are collected and processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record). We receive subscription status, customer IDs, and invoices needed to provision your plan — not full card numbers.
• Product usage: posts, media, schedules, approvals, and connected social accounts you authorize.
• Marketing site: contact form submissions, analytics cookies (where enabled), and server logs.
• Support: messages you send to hello@trueshare.app or in-app feedback.

How we use information

We use data to provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions, improve features, respond to enquiries, and send product updates you opt into. We do not sell personal data.

Social network data

When you connect a social account, we store OAuth tokens and content you choose to schedule or publish. Disconnecting a channel revokes publishing access and schedules token deletion per our retention schedule.

Subprocessors

We use infrastructure and delivery partners for hosting, Paddle for payments and tax, and email providers for transactional messages. A current subprocessors list is available on request at privacy@trueshare.app.

Retention

We retain account data while your subscription or Free workspace is active and for a limited period afterward for legal, security, and backup purposes. You may request deletion as described below.

Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal data. Contact privacy@trueshare.app. For billing records held by Paddle, we can help route requests to their privacy process.
